"m&m's" chocolate Coconut/macadamia chewies

| ⅔ | cup | Firmly packed light brown sugar |
| 1 | large | Egg |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| 1 � | cup | All-purpose flour |
| � | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| � | teaspoon | Salt |
| � | cup | Shredded coconut |
| � | cup | Coarsely chopped macadamia nuts |
| 12 | ounce | "M&M's" Chocolate Mini Baking Bits |
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl with electric mixer, cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla, blending well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; blend well into creamed mixture. Blend in coconut and macadamia nuts. By hand, stir in "M&M's" r Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets; flatten slightly with back of spoon. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or just until set. Do not over bake. Cool 1 minute before removing to wire rack; cool completely. Store in tightly covered container.
