Rebecca's Chocolate Coconut Candies INGREDIENTS:
1/4 lb Butter or margarine 2 Cups Powdered Sugar 3 Cups Sweet Flake Coconut 2 oz Unsweetened chocolate melted (2 squares)
PREPARATION:
1) Melt butter in a sauce pan. Remove from heat.2) Add powdered sugar and coconut. Mix well. 3)
Shape rounded teaspoons of mixture into balls.
