TROPICAL CHOCOLATE COCONUT CAKE

1 box (18.25 oz.) devil's food cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 can (15oz.) cream of coconut, divided
3 cups SHREDDED COCONUT
1 can (16oz.) chocolate frosting
Heat oven to 350 F. Beat first 3 ingredients, 1/2 cup cream of coconut and 1 1/3 cups water for 2 minutes. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 inch cake pans and bake 25 minutes. Cool. Stir coconut into remaining cream of coconut. Spread between cake layers. Frost cake. Garnish with coconut.
